Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to drive a small kitchen team, ensure dishes meet specs, and support the service rush. You’ll lead by example, train colleagues, and uphold hygiene and safety standards to protect customers and staff.

In this role you’ll deputise for managers when needed, coordinate the team during busy services, and cultivate a positive, collaborative work environment across our country pubs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a busy pub or restaurant.
• Ability to uphold high hygiene and safety standards.
• Proven capability to deputise for management when needed.
• Strong teamwork and organisation during peak service.

• Prepare, cook, and present food that meets specs and customer expectations.
