Job summary

Greene King, via its Chef & Brewer pubs, is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to inspire and guide the kitchen crew. You’ll lead by example, ensuring every dish meets high standards and service runs smoothly across busy shifts.

You’ll support your team, maintain hygiene and safety, deputise for managers when needed, and coordinate the kitchen during peak hours to keep the operation ticking over seamlessly.
