Greene King is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to guide a busy kitchen, ensuring every dish meets high standards and service runs smoothly. You’ll support your team, uphold hygiene, and deputise for management during busy periods. This role focuses on teamwork, quality, and customer satisfaction across our pubs.

You'll thrive under pressure, mentor staff, and model best practice in food preparation and allergen controls in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen role, handling food preparation and service.
• Ability to lead a team in a busy environment while maintaining standards.
• Good spoken English and awareness of allergen controls.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present food that meets specs and customer expectations.
• Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen to help guarantee the safety of your entire team and visitors.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy service, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
