Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader for one of its Chef & Brewer pubs. The role involves leading the kitchen team to ensure service runs smoothly, maintaining high standards, and supporting the management team during busy periods.

You will inspire the team, uphold hygiene and safety, and help deliver well-presented, great-tasting dishes to guests in a busy pub kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Prepare, cook, and present food that meets specs and customer expectations.
• Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen to help guarantee the safety of your entire team and visitors.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy service, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
