Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Chef/Kitchen Team Leader to drive a busy kitchen in one of its community pubs. You will lead by example, ensuring the team has what it needs so service runs smoothly and dishes meet high standards. You will promote teamwork, food quality and strict hygiene, while deputising for management when required.

You will motivate staff during busy services, maintain allergen controls, and help deliver an exceptional guest experience with consistency and pride.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a busy pub or restaurant.
• Ability to prepare, cook and present meals to spec and customer expectations.
• Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen.
