Job summary

Greene King pubs are seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to guide a busy kitchen, ensure high standards, and support the team to deliver meals that meet customer expectations. You’ll lead by example, maintain hygiene, and deputise for management during busy services.

You will bring strong leadership, the ability to work under pressure, and excellent English to ensure allergen controls are understood and followed, while delivering quality dishes across a fast-paced service.

Qualifications

• Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
• Strong leadership to guide a kitchen team.
• Deliver tasty and well-presented meals to customers.
• Sufficient English to perform duties and understand allergen controls.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present food that meets specs and customer expectations.
