Greene King’s Farmhouse Inns brand is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to guide a busy kitchen, ensure high standards, and support the team during service. You’ll role-model best practice, train peers, and help maintain a smooth, efficient operation across shifts.

You’ll oversee food quality, safety and teamwork, delivering tasty dishes and a positive guest experience in a busy pub kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Excellent communication and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present food that meets specs and customer expectations.
• Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy service.
