Greene King's Farmhouse Inns in Hambrook is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader who leads by example to ensure every service runs like clockwork and every dish served meets the highest standards. You will motivate and support your team, helping them to work together efficiently under pressure.

In this role you’ll maintain strict hygiene and safety standards, deputise for the management team when needed, and coordinate a busy kitchen during peak periods to deliver quality meals on time.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present food that meets specs and customer expectations.
• Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen to help guarantee the safety of your entire team and visitors.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy service, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
