Greene King pubs are seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to guide a frontline kitchen team, ensuring dishes meet high standards and service runs smoothly. You’ll support colleagues by fostering teamwork and a positive pace throughout shifts, upholding safety and cleanliness throughout the kitchen.

You will mentor staff, manage during busy periods, and demonstrate best practices to deliver consistent, appetising meals that delight guests within our community-focused pub environment.

• Ability to lead a kitchen team and coordinate busy service

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present food to meet specifications and customer expectations
