Greene King’s Farmhouse Inns are seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to guide the kitchen crew, ensuring every dish meets our high standards and runs smoothly during service. You’ll lead by example, support the team, and uphold hygiene and safety in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll be an energetic, hands-on leader who can motivate staff, manage resources, and deputise for management when needed, maintaining service quality and guest satisfaction at all times.
