Village Hotels Hyde is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader and CDP to drive a busy shift with ownership of your section. You will deliver high quality plates, supervise juniors, and ensure safety and brand standards. You’ll manage stock, control wastage, and maintain accurate paperwork for monthly stock takes, all while supporting the broader brigade on busy services.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, energy, and a collaborative team culture within our Village hospitality environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead your own section as a hands-on Chef de Partie, ensuring quality and speed during service.
• Drive food safety and brand standards, checking temperature and HACCP directives.
• Coach junior kitchen team members and porters, maintaining safe workflow around equipment.
• Protect gross profit by managing stock to par levels and keeping records up to date.
