Village Hotels in Tipner is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader and CDP to own their section on shift, drive quality and presentation, and support the wider brigade. You will supervise juniors, ensure food safety, control stock to par levels, minimise waste, and keep records for monthly stock takes, all while upholding Village standards of service and guest experience.

• Experience leading a kitchen section as Chef de Partie or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and EHO directives.
• Ability to manage stock to par levels and minimise waste.

Responsibilities

• Lead your kitchen section as a hands-on CDP, guiding the brigade during service.
• Drive food safety and quality, ensuring temperature checks and brand delivery.
• Supervise and coach junior kitchen team members and porters.
• Protect gross profit by stock control and accurate paper record-keeping for stock takes.
