Job summary

Village Hotel is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader and Chef de Partie to bridge the Head Chef’s vision with fast-paced service. You’ll own your station while supporting the brigade, ensuring every plate meets our exact quality and presentation standards.

You will drive food safety, HACCP compliance and brand delivery, supervise junior cooks, manage stock to par levels, and protect profitability during a busy service across multiple sections.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Chef de Partie experience in a busy kitchen.
• Strong focus on food safety, HACCP and brand standards.
• Ability to lead and coach junior kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Run your own section flawlessly while supporting the brigade.
• Ensure meals are prepared to brand standards with correct temperatures.
• Coach junior team members and maintain safety around heavy equipment.
• Protect gross profit by managing stock and minimizing waste.
