Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers’ Punch Bowl is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef and build a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll lead a team, oversee menus, and train staff to deliver great food and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams in a busy pub or restaurant.
• Ability to train and motivate chefs to deliver high‑quality meals.
