Job summary

Junction in Greater London is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef, master the branded menu, train Chefs, and drive team performance.

You will manage food ordering, prep, stock control, and ensure health and hygiene standards are met, with opportunities for progression and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team or sous-chef role preferred.
• Ability to train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver great food.
• Proven ability to manage food orders, prep, and stock control within a branded menu.
• Demonstrated commitment to health and hygiene regulations.
