Job summary

North Star in Worthing is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef and build a kitchen to be proud of. You will train your Chefs, manage day-to-day kitchen operations and ensure the branded menu is executed with consistency.

• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.

• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.

Job description

As Kitchen Team Leader at North Star, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?
