Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC, owner of Ember Inns, is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader at The Black Horse to support the Head Chef, lead a dedicated team and ensure great food and service in a welcoming pub setting.

You will train chefs, manage ordering, stock, and hygiene compliance while upholding the branded menu. This role offers progression and employee benefits within a community-focused hospitality brand.

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.

Job description

As Kitchen Team Leader at the Black Horse, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of.
