Job summary

The North Star in Worthing is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You'll master the menu, train your team and drive food quality in a busy pub kitchen.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a fast-paced pub/Branded restaurant environment.
• Proven ability to train staff and develop a winning menu.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire chefs and kitchen team to deliver high-quality food.
• Drive targets with the team and manage food ordering and stock control.
• Ensure compliance with branded menu and health & hygiene standards.
