Mitchells & Butler PLC is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader for Timberdine - Harvester. You will support the Head Chef to build a kitchen to be proud of and lead the team in delivering great food and training great people.

• Experience leading kitchen teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong focus on food safety and hygiene compliance.
• Ability to train and develop chefs and kitchen staff.

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
