Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC, operating Harvester at Aintree Park, seeks a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will lead and train chefs, manage stock and ordering, and ensure food safety while delivering the branded menu with passion.

You’ll drive performance, oversee hygiene standards, and help the team grow, with strong opportunities for progression within the Mitchells & Butlers family.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams.
• Ability to train and develop staff.
• Experience with stock control and food ordering.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
