Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited in Scotland is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader for Harvester at Halbeath Park to support the Head Chef, train the kitchen team, and drive high standards of food quality and service.

You will work on an branded menu, manage stock and ordering, and ensure health and hygiene compliance while fostering growth and progression within a strong hospitality team.

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
