Mitchells & Butler PLC – Harvester, Halbeath Park – is recruiting a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef, help build a kitchen you can be proud of, and train a capable team to serve great food with a branded menu.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams to deliver high‑quality meals.
• Ability to train and motivate chefs and kitchen staff.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire the kitchen team to deliver food they can be proud of.
• Drive team to meet and exceed targets.
• Assist with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
