Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC at Harvester Beech Hurst is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to back the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll lead a team, train chefs, and take pride in delivering great food from a branded menu.

You’ll manage stock, assist with food ordering, maintain health and hygiene standards, and strive to hit targets with your team. The role includes flexible shifts, staff discounts, pension, generous holiday, and opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams in a Branded restaurant environment.
• Ability to train and develop Chefs and Kitchen staff.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations and stock management.

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
