Job summary

Harvester - Treble Bob is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll lead and train Chefs, manage stock and food orders, and ensure the branded menu is executed with high hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a busy pub/restaurant.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire chefs and kitchen staff.
• Meet targets and deliver quality food.
• Order supplies and control stock.
• Ensure adherence to branded menu and quality standards.
