Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader at Broxden Manor - Harvester to support the Head Chef, lead the kitchen team, and master the menu with a passion for great food and training great people.

You will oversee training, stock control, and adherence to health and hygiene standards while driving performance and delivering guest experiences that reflect our family-friendly brands.

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
