Sizzling Pub & Grill in Newcastle-under-Lyme is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef and build a kitchen to be proud of.

You will train Chefs, manage food ordering, stock control, and ensure health and hygiene standards while working on a branded menu. Join a team recognised as one of the UK’s most loved pub brands.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team and delivering meals to a branded menu.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations and safe food handling.
• Strong collaboration with Head Chef and kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
