Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader at Bramley Cottage (Ember Inns) to support the Head Chef, train a kitchen team, and manage stock and food preparation. No CV is required; the application form is mobile-friendly and quick to complete.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams in a fast-paced pub/restaurant setting.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and proper food handling.
• Ability to train and inspire junior chefs and kitchen staff.
