Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers invites applications for a Kitchen Team Leader at The Black Bull, part of Ember Inns, rooted in traditional pub culture and made for communities.

You'll support the Head Chef, train a Kitchen Team, manage food ordering and stock, and ensure health and hygiene standards while delivering great pub grub and memorable guest experiences.

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
