Mitchells & Butler's Vintage Inns is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will manage the menu with a passion for great food and train great people, while maintaining brand standards and health & safety. This role sits at the Swan in Horning, part of the Mitchells & Butlers family.

You’ll lead a team, help with stock, ordering, and uphold a branded menu, with opportunities for progression and staff discounts across our brands.

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.

As Kitchen Team Leader atthe Swan, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?
