Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC’s Broughton Inn is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef, building a kitchen you can be proud of and training great people. You’ll master the menu with a passion for serving great food and leading the kitchen team in a branded pub environment.

You’ll drive health and hygiene compliance, help with stock, food ordering and prep, and enable progression within a supportive pub group.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.

As Kitchen Team Leader at the Broughton Inn, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?
