Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited, owner of Toby Carvery Wakefield, is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of and to train great people. You’ll drive menu execution and uphold brand standards while leading a motivated kitchen team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team.
• Ability to manage food ordering and stock.
• Strong knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
