Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader at Toby Carvery - Poole to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll train chefs, manage stock, and oversee health and hygiene standards to deliver great roasts and meals.

You’ll lead by example, drive targets with your team, and help with ordering, menu execution, and staff development. Join a supportive, people-focused brand with plenty of progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a kitchen team.
• Experience training kitchen staff to deliver quality food.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Assist with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Ensure adherence to branded menu and health/safety regulations.
