Job summary

Toby Carvery Poole is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef and build a kitchen to be proud of. You will master the menu, train great people, and drive performance while delivering consistently high-quality dishes.

You’ll lead a motivated kitchen team, manage stock and ordering, and ensure strict health and hygiene standards are met. This role offers progression and industry-leading discounts and benefits.

• Ability to train and motivate chefs and kitchen staff.
• Strong focus on food safety and hygiene standards.
