Mitchells & Butlers' Toby Carvery in Newbury is looking for a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef, drive menu execution and train a high-performing kitchen team.

You will champion brand standards and health & hygiene, manage stock and ordering, and push for targets with your crew.
