Job summary

Toby Carvery - Poole is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of, and to train great people. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and providing development opportunities for your team.

You will train and inspire Chefs, manage food ordering and stock, and ensure compliance with brand standards and food safety. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role within Mitchells & Butlers.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a busy branded environment.
• Passion for great food and for training people.
• Ability to work to brand standards and health & hygiene rules.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Drive to smash targets with your team.
• Assist with food ordering, stock control and food prep.
• Master the art of working with a branded menu.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
