Toby Carvery in Carlisle is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of and to train great people. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food while training great people.

Qualifications

• Experience training kitchen staff and leading a team.
• Ability to manage stock, ordering and cost control.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Drive team to smash targets and achieve goals.
• Assist with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Work with branded menu and ensure consistency across dishes.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
