Mitchells & Butler s PLC is looking for a Kitchen Team Leader at the Marquis Arms. You will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of, and you will train great people while delivering a branded menu with passion.

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.

Job description

As Kitchen Team Leader at the Marquis Arms , you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?
