Moorlands is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people, while driving performance and maintaining brand standards.

You’ll lead by example, train chefs, manage stock and ordering, and ensure the team delivers exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team and training staff.
• Passion for delivering great food and high service standards.
• Knowledge of health and safety and food hygiene practices.
• Experience working with branded menus and consistency in quality.

Responsabilités

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Master the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
