Mitchells & Butlers PLC at Vintage Inns – March Hare is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef, lead a branded menu, and train and develop a kitchen team to deliver great food in a welcoming pub setting.

You will manage food ordering, stock control, and hygiene standards, while driving targets with your team and enjoying MB benefits and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a busy pub or restaurant.
• Ability to train and develop Chefs and Kitchen Team.
• Strong knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.

As Kitchen Team Leader at the March Hare, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?
