Job summary

Crown Tavern is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef and help build a kitchen to be proud of. You will lead and train a kitchen team, manage stock and food ordering, and uphold the branded menu and high hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Lead and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver high-quality dishes.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations across the kitchen.
• Drive performance to smash targets with the team.
• Work with a branded menu and maintain consistency across dishes.
• Assist with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
