Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader at Salisbury Arms. You’ll support the Head Chef, master the menu, and train a capable kitchen team to deliver great food with pride.

Qualificações

• Experience leading kitchen teams in a fast-paced pub or restaurant.
• Ability to train and develop Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver quality food.
• Strong knowledge of stock control, food ordering and health & safety rules.

Responsabilidades

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver high-quality dishes.
• Work with Head Chef to smash targets and control costs.
• Oversee food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
