Sizzling Pub & Grill is hiring a Kitchen Team Leader to work under the Marquis Arms brand. You will support the Head Chef, supervise cooks, and lead a team to deliver great food and staff development. The role emphasises training, stock control, and maintaining brand standards in a busy pub environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams in a fast-paced pub or restaurant environment.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a focus on food quality and consistency.
• Solid understanding of stock management, waste control and portioning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the kitchen team to deliver high standards of food quality.
• Help manage food ordering, prep, and stock control to hit targets.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations and brand standards.
• Support the Head Chef in menu execution and staff development.
