Crown invites you to join Ember Inns as a Kitchen Team Leader, supporting the Head Chef to build a kitchen to be proud of. You will lead a team, champion great food, and train people to deliver consistent, high‑quality meals in a busy pub environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a kitchen team leader or supervisor.
• Ability to manage food ordering and stock control.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Experience delivering meals to brand standards.

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
