Mitchells & Butlers PLC is hiring a Kitchen Team Leader in Stourbridge. You will work full‑time at the Foley Arms, supporting the Head Chef, leading a team to deliver great food and training staff. The role is part of Ember Inns, with a focus on brand standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead kitchen teams and train staff in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in delivering consistent food quality and service standards.
• Capable of driving targets, efficiency and waste reduction in a pub kitchen.
• Knowledge of health, safety and food hygiene regulations.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire chefs and kitchen team to deliver high‑quality dishes.
• Help manage food ordering, prep and stock control to meet demand.
• Ensure adherence to a branded menu and cooking procedures.
• Oversee hygiene, safety and compliance in the kitchen.
