Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader for the Fountain - Harvester in Loughton. The role focuses on supporting the Head Chef, leading kitchen staff, and delivering great food with a passion for training people.

The position offers a live-in element and flexible shifts to fit around you. You will manage a branded menu, supervise stock and ordering, and ensure strict health and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading kitchen teams and training staff.
• Strong focus on food safety, hygiene and HACCP practices.
• Ability to manage stock, ordering and portion control.

What will I be doing? AS KITCHEN TEAM LEADER YOU’LL

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
