Mitchells & Butlers PLC's Vintage Inns - the Malt Shovel in Uxbridge is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef and lead a kitchen team to deliver great food.

You will train your chefs, help manage food orders, stock control, and ensure health and hygiene standards while working to branded menu guidelines. This role offers part-time hours and a path for progression in a supportive pub group.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams in a busy pub or restaurant.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to manage food orders and stock control.
