Mitchells & Butler PLC is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader for The Red Lion in Earlswood. This role supports the Head Chef to build a kitchen to be proud of, and to train great people while delivering high standards.

You will lead and inspire chefs, manage orders and stock, ensure branded menu compliance, and uphold health and hygiene standards in a vibrant pub environment. You will enjoy flexible shifts, strong team support, and opportunities for professional growth.
