Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader at The River Wyre, Poulton-le-Fylde. You will support the Head Chef in building a proud kitchen, guiding a team to deliver our menu with passion and consistency.

You’ll lead by example, train chefs, and ensure high standards while maintaining branded menus and strong hygiene practices. Join a team focused on quality and guest satisfaction in a pub setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams.
• Strong understanding of food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Knowledge of stock management and ordering processes.
• Familiarity with health and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to implement branded menus and standards.
