Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader for the Firecrest (Vintage Inns) to support the Head Chef and lead a team in delivering great food. You will train chefs, manage stock and food ordering, and ensure compliance with health and hygiene standards.

A passion for great food and developing staff is essential. You will be part of a welcoming pub environment within Vintage Inns, with a focus on team collaboration, guest experience, and brand consistency across menus.

Qualifications

• Experience training kitchen staff.
• Strong knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.
• Flexibility with shifts and hours.

Responsabilités

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver high-quality dishes.
• Drive performance and smash targets with your team.
• Assist with food ordering, prep and stock control.
• Master the branded menu and ensure consistency across service.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene rules.
