Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader for The Beagle, part of Vintage Inns. You will support the Head Chef, lead a kitchen to proudly serve great food, and train team members to uphold brand standards. The role features flexible shifts, strong team culture, and progression opportunities.

You’ll oversee stock, menu execution, and regulatory compliance while driving performance and guest satisfaction in a pub setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen staff and delivering consistent results.
• Ability to train and motivate chefs and kitchen team.
• Strong focus on food safety, hygiene and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver high standards.
• Aim to smash targets with your team.
• Assist with food ordering, prep and stock control.
• Master branded menu execution and consistency.
• Ensure health and hygiene regulations are met.
